Get race-ready one week before the Grand Prix racing series begins with off-road champion, Lauren Woods!

At this Off-Road Training Course:

• Racetrack experience: Ride through sections commonly featured in the NGPC and WORCS series, including technical single-track, high-speed straights, sand washes, corners, and obstacle transitions. Lauren will provide guidance on choosing optimal lines, improving efficiency, and refining race-specific skills within each section.

• Learn from the best: this Course will be led by MFC Head Trainer and Professional Off-Road Athlete, Lauren Woods. Riding since she was a little girl, Lauren has decades of experience racing both motocross and off-road events.

• Key Building Blocks: Lauren will start with the basics before moving to the racetrack to practice sections of the upcoming Grand Prix race series.

  
  

What to expect:

• MFC Training Courses are all about feeling your best on the bike- we've designed our Courses to be inviting, inclusive, and judge-free for every rider who signs up.

• Riding our dirt bike is what we're here for, but so is making new friends: when we're not spinning laps or hitting the trails, we've tailored our space for mingling, tailgating, and most importantly: creating memorable experiences together.

• Make sure to bring water, snacks, sunscreen, and enough fuel for your bike!

• Get plenty of support ON and OFF the bike with any questions you have about all things dirt bikes, gear, parts, nutrition, fitness, and more.

• This is the place to feel safe - no pressure, no judgement, and no boys! Our Training Courses are designed to be for women, by women.
